How a menu gets here
Three steps.
No middle layer.
Most menu sites ask stores to retype their inventory. waywu reads the record the state already keeps, with each store’s consent.
Every licensed store in New Mexico keeps its inventory in the state system, NMS2S. That record is the truth about what is on the shelf.
With each store’s permission, Byway Collective reads that inventory on a steady schedule. Each store’s data stays its own.
The menu you read is the last confirmed read, and it says when. If the connection is down, you see the last good menu and its time, never a guess.
New Mexico / for stores
Your shelf, as it is.
A listing that matches your state inventory the moment it changes, a sync status you can see, and no ad auction deciding who shows up first.
